Auckland: Information evening Tuesday 26th July course commences Tuesday 2nd August at 7 pm

Tauranga: Commences on Friday 29th July at 6.30 pm in Welcome Bay

Paeroa (for health care professionals only) Commences Wednesday 12th October

Cost $700 + GST costs include a printed work book, guided meditations and the optional silent retreat day after week 6
